A Provider's Guide for the Care of Women with Physical Disabilities & Chronic Medical Conditions

This guide is designed to improve the knowledge and practice of clinicians in providing care to women with physical disabilities and chronic medical conditions.  The first sections focus on access to general medical care and removing common barriers; later sections cover reproductive health care.  The development of the guide was supported by a grant from the CDC.  Print copies are $2 each and may be ordered by calling: (919) 966-0868.
