The Mission of Planned Parenthood of Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle is to ensure the knowledge, opportunity and freedom to make every child a wanted child and every family a healthy family.

PPATP has been serving the Texas Panhandle since 1968 for 39 years. We currently have 3 clinics in various locations. We are funded in a large part by Tile V, Title X, Title XX, and Medicaid. We offer Family Planning, Women's Health and Mid-life Services, Male Services, Children's Immunization and Exam Services and Minor Primary Health Care.

We also offer STD and HIV testing and/or counseling and we sponsor many educational programs for teenagers and also for parents. We have a private clinic located at 5165 Arden Road where we accept most private insurances.
